
Rustin Brunson
Rustin has a proven track record of representing a diverse clientele that includes individuals, corporations, and institutions in both litigation and corporate transactions. He has represented clients in state and federal courts ranging in matters from breach of contract, intellectual property disputes, and wrongful death to construction claims, probate litigation, and complex commercial litigation. He also regularly advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate formation. Rustin has structured numerous private equity offerings and has expertise advising clients on high-value mergers and acquisitions.
Rustin’s skills and experience have garnered recognition as a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2017-Present. He is also admitted to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Rustin serves on the Board of Directors for the following institutions: Arlington Bar Association, Mansfield Chamber of Commerce, and Open Arms Healthcare Clinic.
